My professional background began in customer relations and financial services, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client support skills through roles with organizations such as Discover Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America.
These experiences strengthened my ability to manage complex situations, support clients with professionalism and care, and navigate fast-paced operational environments with consistency and attention to detail.

My experience at Apple further strengthened my skills in operational coordination, administrative support, communication management, and cross-functional collaboration. Over time, I realized my greatest strength was helping organizations create structure, improve workflows, and maintain organized operations behind the scenes.
